We are pleased to welcome Andrew Carter, DO to our team of medical professionals. Dr. Carter is a board-certified interventional cardiologist. He specializes in acute myocardial infarction / heart attack, unstable angina, chronic ischemic heart disease, cardiogenic shock, complex percutaneous interventions, congestive heart failure, PAD and prevention of heart disease.
Dr. Carter received his medical degree from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Chicago, Illinois, internship & residency in internal medicine from Fitzsimmons Army Medical Center in Aurora, Colorado, fellowship in cardiovascular disease from Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC and fellowship in interventional cardiology from Johns Hopkins University Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. His office is located on the hospital campus in building 5 (off South Ave.).
