Our ostomy clinic supports new ostomates as well as those who have had their ostomies for years. Our certified wound and ostomy care nurse at Community Physician Group provides expert wound care and ostomy management. We provide care that supports recovery, provide education on stoma management, assistance with acquiring supplies, problem solving and ongoing support. For those who have had their ostomy for years, we assist with updated supplies and/or refit appliances after body changes like weight loss or gain.
