After completing her residency, she joined Community and began her career as a broad-based general surgeon. Early in her practice, she recognized a growing need for advanced surgical care for breast cancer patients. In response, she pursued a breast surgical oncology fellowship, with the goal of bringing the most current and comprehensive breast cancer care back to Missoula and the surrounding areas. Her fellowship training focused on oncoplastic breast surgery,a specialized field that integrates plastic surgery techniques into breast cancer procedures to optimize both oncologic and cosmetic outcomes. Dr. Pallesi values the collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to breast cancer care and is committed to providing compassionate, state-of-the-art treatment for her patients.
